One change that doesn't have to happen is the Chart of Accounts doesn't have to completely change. There will be some tweaks and a few new accounts but for IDMS you CAN use your COA and update their system.
Handling your accounting the way you do business
Are you cash basis for Late Fees, Misc Fees, Interest or Side Notes and CPI. Unfortunately the default setup of IDMS is to move these things to QB on an accrual basis. We can adjust it to be done on a cash basis and move to QB the way you do business.
We can also help with those customized transactions you do that IDMS can't handle. While we may not be able to make IDMS do everything you do we can help you work within the system to achieve the same results.
